Because our items are hand and custom made in small batches, orders may take up to two weeks to process, plus shipping time. Special orders may take longer than two weeks; a processing time will be provided when a special order is placed. Our shipping methods are designed to provide you with the best delivery options, and we are committed to keeping the costs transparent for your convenience.
Currently, we only ship in the United States.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dirty Water Cafe's Return & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Returns are for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Items must be in its original packaging and its original, unused condition. If an item arrives broken, please include photos with your request.
