Because our items are hand and custom made in small batches, orders may take up to two weeks to process, plus shipping time. Special orders may take longer than two weeks; a processing time will be provided when a special order is placed. Our shipping methods are designed to provide you with the best delivery options, and we are committed to keeping the costs transparent for your convenience.
Currently, we only ship in the United States and utilize USPS for all orders, including stickers, which allows for proper tracking.

Dirty Water Cafe's Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase! Since our items are handmade to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before buying.
If an item arrives broken or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement. Your email must include photos of the damaged or incorrect item as well as the damaged packaging with your request.
Please measure before ordering wearable items with sizes or customizations.
For the health and safety of us and our customers, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you order the wrong size or customization.
For questions/concerns about custom orders, please email us within 7 days of receipt to discuss any issues.
